Very nice transceiver you can hear well and the microphone is very good, I have not yet measured the output in watts but i think it will be good from tests I did with others they tell me that they can hear me loud and clear I am very happy so far and the delivery was a day earlier than the estimated time very good seller

Works well. Solid build, but gets mighty warm even on low power setting. Programming repeater shifts can be tricky if you want to store in a memory channel. .Not just a case of of pressing 'store' after having set the VFO with a shift. The routine is: VFO: Enter Rx Freq Shift (eg down) (menu 46) Shift (eg 0.6MHz) (menu 47) Store in Channel -(menu 44) exit VFO mode.... Note the offset you thought you'd programmed will be missing, but do this.... Enter Tx freq (ie with the required shift) Store exit ALSO NOTE: You cannot overwrite a stored channel with any new data. You have to completely delete it and then start again.

Product just arrived and early days yet for a complete review. On the face of it, the product seems like a quality product and initial manual setup using the input keys was fairly simple but having to input 80 channels and frequencies can be somewhat a timely process. Setting up using a PC would be easier but I am not able to get the latest Chirp to work with it. I downloaded from QYT website UV4BAND_TFT_E_CPS, the programming software for this radio and it works with my programming cable that I used for my QYT KT-8900. That makes the programming much quicker. Sound quality is quite satisfactory and I seem to have got out quite well.
