Shipping was quick to Vancouver. Unfortunately the pins on this earpiece do not match the pin dimensions in the description. The pins centre to centre measure 8mm, not 11mm as is shown in the description (does not fit the UV5R). The product appears to look good, but as I can't use it with my radio I don't know what it performs like and as the pin measurements in product description are incorrect I can only give it a 1 star rating.
