Used to eliminate an external power supply for an outdoor mounted IoT device. Seems to work OK. Wired it to the VIN IO pin on a WeMOS D1. For an arduino I think it would have to be connected to the 5V rail.

works well, 5,07V at no load. not tested under load. good size tracks and enough space between them for the 230V side, to avoid electrical risk; kind of white paste between condensators, maybe for isolation?
