The Biggest Concern I had was with the Attractive, Blue, Silicone Strap. I'm no Body Builder with Thick, Muscular Wrists - but I need to fasten the Strap in Next to the End Hole ! Boys, Girls and Ladies should have NO PROBLEMS but Men may need a Longer Strap. For the Price I rate it as GOOD VALUE !
