I would have no idea how to rate this product because the Lanterns I received are not the lanterns in this picture - I have submitted 2 return requests, using this company's form/process and even though they say you will have a reply in 24 hours, it has been 7 days since the 1st form was submitted and 5 days since the 2nd was submitted and not a word has been received back - beyond disappointed!!!
