I cannot obtain a general operating permit for this e-tricycle in Germany. I cannot insure it, and for this reason, I am not allowed to ride it in Germany. Total mispurchase. The only thing I have received is a certificate. I am angry and disappointed. I cannot recommend it for this reason.
