I would like to take the time and thank the people at banggood for a wonderful experience with ordering this device. When I placed the order it stated that I wouldn't receive it until June 18th and surprisingly I received it on May 14th. What I received was the Umidigi Bison in the box and a discrption of the phone was listed on the back of the box. The pictures below show the phone on all sides. I had only one issue and that was with the option for EU or other area. I am from Canada so I chose the other area option. I didn't realize that when that is selected you still get the European AC adapter with a North American conversion adapter making too long and unstable to use as it would constantly fall out of my wall socket. Other than that I would highly recommend this phone to anybody who wants a phone that has 8 gigs of RAM and 128 gigs of internal memory. This phone is rugged great to use for everyday and has a fantastic camera and I still can't believe that Banggood got it to me in just under two and a half weeks. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I've received from Banggood in acquiring this phone. Thanks Again. Philip M.

received in exactly 3 weeks. works for freedom mobile in Canada. the phone is amazing! I have an older iPhone and this thing beats that for sure. camera is amazing. all other features are perfect.

I received the damaged product... The battery doesn't charge... No one's made contact so far... During the setup I realized that the battery was 79% charge and there was someone else's phone in the auto filled
