Comes with an allen key for fixing the pitch angle. It has a nice tilt mechanism which has click points so you can loosen it enough to allow you click it up and down in tilt without re-tightening it. Can be mounted on top of a camera to be used as phone teleprompter. It is very stable and is compatible with any size of smart phone. I use the Ulanzi ST-06S to hold my Poco phone on tripod for filming review videos which I post on my JoGeo Techlab YTchannel. It has a permanent spot in my gear bag. Highly recommended.
