    The controller is advertised with a temperature range of 0-300C however the specification in the device instructions and printed on the casing of the device itself shows a temperature range of -50 - 110C. Which specification is correct? I want to use this to control a kitchen oven but a maximum temperature control of 110C is not high enough.
