It's a very smart solution if you want to replace the stock plastic chassis. I do also have the metal chassis and I would recommend this one if you have not completed a motor upgrade as is very light. If you have upgraded the motor, the metal chassis will be a little bit heavier and will provide better stability.

Expensive but really great quality, I purchased the metal frame but both ends bent very easily at impact. This one much more resistant.

Passgenaues Kohlefaser-Chassis in 2,8mm stärke. Es muss aber noch bearbeitet werden. Die Kanten zu den Suspension Arm müssen abgeschrägt werden, sonst passen diese nicht!

It is a good part. I had to drill out the front suspension spacers (as noted by others). The suspension arm mounts are too low and do not allow enough space for the original plastic arms. So I am unable to use the car until I order replacement arms (aluminum type). Or I will have to grind off enough plastic to give clearance. I have the A959b.
