Yes sooner or later you will need these two gears . Right now I'm waiting for Bannggoods to restock . In the past I have ordered extra gears . They tend get damaged from crashes . The small gears tend to go first . I ordered a set from another supplier and when I got the order the small gear was missing . (Banggoods was out of stock) Now I'm waiting for the other company to respond and replace the part . I'd like to see someone come up with metal gears to replace these plastic ones. At any rate order extras you'll need them .

I lost a tooth on the main gear after a hard crash. Very easy to fit the new one, five screws on the side frame, undo the gear and wiggle it out.As a bonus, comes with the tail gear as well. At this price, i have four spare ones so my V912's are always flying. Good old Banggood, excellent service and price. Steve A.
