i didnt get 24-1km kit, i got 24-1 plastic kit with some rbr parts. no metal axle case, no 370 dual speed gearbox ... this is false advertising. not nice

The shipping bag was open, the box is totally destroyed and a few parts are missing. To when can I contact to get replacement?

fast delivery.unfortunately missing two parts and I can't put the kit together. After several mails with the service, the missing parts should be delivered. So far, I can't say whether that has happened. Unfortunately, nothing about it is displayed in my account. So the kit is unusable, too bad. I really hope Banggood will make amends here.

schnelle Lieferung. leider fehlen zwei Teile und ich kann das Kit nicht zusammenbauen. Nach mehreren Mails mit dem Service sollten die fehlenden Teile nachgeliefert werden. Bis jetzt kann ich aber nicht sagen ob das auch geschehen ist. In meinem Account wird leider nichts darüber angezeigt. So ist das Kit unbrauchbar,schade. Ich hoffe sehr dass Banggood hier nachbessert.

this is a Wpl C24-1 kit but no KM, it lacks the metal housing of the axles, the wheel weights and the 2 speed gearbox. Thanks to the Banggood service we were able to find a solution

dies ist ein Wpl C24-1 Kit aber kein KM, es fehlen die Metallgehäuse der Achsen, die Radgewichte und das 2gang Getriebe. Dank dem Banggood Service konnten wir eine Lösung finden
