The WLtoys 124018 is by far one of the best low budget RC models on the market, for the money you are getting a lot, a good quality model that is reasonably fast and strong and it looks AWESOME, with the upgraded version getting 3 batteries is a huge bonus, not only does it save you extra money it also gives you nearly 1 hour run time with 3 batteries, I have a lot of rc models but I can tell you the fun factor this 124018 gives you is right up the top with much more expensive models,, I highly recommend this..

Great car! It is going fast. However, it is a pity that the ESC stops the car too late. lipos are below 3.2v at the end. Batteries will not last long

super voiture ! elle vas vite. par contre dommage que l'ESC arrête la voiture trop tard. les lipos sont en dessous de 3,2v a la fin. les batterie ne vont pas durer longtemps

I arrive in the time that says the publication is fast as I wanted it for my son, I love that you can adjust the front wheels manually because they were somewhat misaligned, only the control like birds doesn't work the reverse so 4 stars I will continue to test it

Llego en el tiempo que dice la publicación es rápido así como lo quería para mi hijo, me encanta que puedes ajustar las llantas delanteras manualmente porque estaban algo desalineadas, solo que el control como aveses no funciona la reversa por eso 4 estrellas seguiré probándolo

Great car but needs aluminium wheel assemblies at the front. I had the steering snap off twice on the front left before I got aluminium since then iv thrashed it and everything is holding up even with an upgraded motor.

When you take the car out of the box and pick it you can feel a fair bit of weight, this is due to WL Toys using several metal parts in the construction of this car. Plastic usually bends back to its original shape whereas metal won’t bend back after an impact. In this case however the weight is beneficial to how the car handles and drives. Smaller scale cars can often suffer from being so light on a bumpy surface and tend to bounce around a lot, but with the added weight on the 124018 it really helps to keep the car planted on the ground rather than bouncing around all over the place. One of the shocks was air locked and another low on oil. After a quick top up of oil they were all working great, allowing the car to track the bumps on the track as well as fly over jumps in a very controlled and balanced nature. I really like how the top section of the body/cage pivots at the rear to access the inside for battery changing and turning it on and off. WL Toys have done good to keep the price of this car down despite all the metal parts. The plastics are not the best in the world and it doesn’t ooze the same kind of quality you would expect from bigger brands, but for the money this feels like a really solid beast. This car rips! Usually you would expect to see a 540 motor for most 1/10th scale cars but not only is this car a 1/12th (which is smaller than 1/10th) but the motor is a 550! The extra length of the motor gives it much more torque than a 540 which allows it to propel this car to pretty mental speeds for what it is. The tyres are not the best in the world but they do offer enough grip on most surfaces to have plenty of fun and the servo has plenty of strength to steer this car well. What can I say other than this is a whole bag of fun and awesome value for money! It was even giving some of the local 1/8 cars a run for their money!

Excellent machine, everything working perfect, very fun, only heats the engine a lot, only use about 10 to 15min and rest, the battery lasts a lot, arrived in 20 days

Exelente Máquina, todo funcionando perfecto, muy divertido, solo que calienta mucho el Motor, solo usar unos 10 a 15min y descansar , la batería dura muchísimo, llegó en 20 dias
