I can confirm that at 220v it lights a bit, but then the entire house is powered down. This bulb is not made to be disassembled, but I managed to get the driver out and turned out a diode was shorted. Replaced that one and it works well on 12v.

12VDC do not plus this bulb into your 110V/220V outlet in your house or itll scare the bageezeys out of you! it only require a small amount of energy 12VDC not 12VAC ONLY DC guys. Great light I just dont know what youd use this in as a screw in a ready to use in a car but in an RV I could understand!
