I have received the smart watch yesterday and i have been wearing it since then. Its as described it has a lot of themes. I can not say if its accurate on the section of blood pressure measurements heart rate etc because i can not compare it to an other instrument but compared to my previous smart watch it shows similar results. The battery life after i fully charged it and heavy use on testing has dropped almost 10% so i believe that it will last at least a week without the use of call receive function. If there is a significant change of the first impression i will come back to let everyone one know. For now i would recommend it for the price of 20€.
