I bought these to keep at my milling machine. I thought that I could look after my expensive ones. Use these as sort of guestimators. Now, I'm wondering why I paid so much for my others. There's some junk coming out od China. Soft metal...Chinesium. Soft drill bits. All sorts of rubbish. At the same time, they're producing things that are very well made. Bill Im having the same issue on my 4s powered 5 inch, I have mine strapped directly under the leads, so I'll have to relocate and try it then, thank you so much for the info!

I love these receivers. I`ve had very good success with them. They can be sensitive to electrical fields though. On one build I upgraded the flight controller and move the rx so it was strapped across my power leads (current flowing through a wire creates an electrical field), big mistake. I kept on getting drop outs and the quad became un-flyable. To fix this I just moved it away from the wires

if you're not sure if you should buy this kit, go for it! I installed this in my 2wd stampede today and it has much more power than the 15 turn I was running. quality and craftsmanship are top notch. very smooth install went together very easy.
