Donald TheHobby Eagle A3 Super2 is the only HE auto-level product I would buy or recommend. Do NOT get the HE A3 Super3 V2. It will crash your plane in the Auto-Level mode.

Hab mir den Controller für meinen Bixler bestellt. Da ich Anfänger bin was Flächenfluegrn angeht, dachte ich mir dass der Rettingsmodus sehr sinnvoll ist. Das Einstellen ist auch kinderleicht, man muss nur aufpassen dass man die drei kleinen Regler am Controller auch einstellt. Sonst wundert sich man (so wie ich) dass kein Signal durchkommt. Die Funktion ist so wie es sein soll. Echt erstaunlich

Donald That'syour tailwheel. If you have a wire along the rudder, or a noswheel, it could be made to turn with it. Or I guess you'll have to drill a hole into something solid at the rear and cement it into that if it won't be steered along with the rudder.

Donald Thank you Phildo. I almost bought what I thought was balsa. Don't need plywood, which this you say it is.

This is birch three ply plywood not balsa. It is very useful for dihedral braces, bulkheads and control horns.

Donald These should come in about 4 or 5 different wire lengths. Can you post here what length wire yours are? BG won't answer the question. Until we know, I'll buy elsewhere, like MotionRC.com.

Donald Did mounting to retracts work out? I want to do the same with a XB-70 Valkyrie.

Very sturdy and light. No wiggle from the wheels. The springs are a bit strong for my needs but will prove usefull in hard landings. They do pivot slightly. This should help when taxeing on grass or uneven surfaces. I will use these to add retracts to my Zeta 79 inch wing. No more belly landings or risky hand launches !

Donald Thanks for those measurements. Now I'm wondering what size is the bolt holding it to the mounting piece. I want to put these on a set of retracts for a XB-70 Valkyrie.

I bought the 4 wheel version of the landing gear. The actual sizes are slightly diferent to those in the description. The height is 150mm, width is 44mm and the length is 125mm. The wheels are 50mm dia.

Donald You should never run an unloaded motor (without prop) for more than a few seconds for the same reason as written by Trip 786 in his comments - no cooling air. Were you running it while loaded?

This motor is ideal for 6" props, especially with 2-3s. Unlike others I have tried, the Sunnysky delivers continuous power without overheating. I use these for long range builds, and I know when fighting a headwind with sustained high throttle, it will always get me home, another brand 2212 burned out, despite operating within spec. A different brand again failed on the test bench at 15A after 10 minutes
