BG385046401 I am still waiting for the resolution of my complaint raised earlier this month. I had an accident when using this item. and the display hit the Tarmac and its now not working. can you please tell me how I can have it repaired?

BG385046401 That wasn't provided. in the advert. If it was, I must have missed it because the motor I received was larger than what I expected.
