Q: can this machine also cut acrylics and other materials?

Brizaxb sorry, acrylic is transparent in general. A3-2500 can not work on transparent material. If you want to cut, please use wood, leather or like material, and please remember the thickness is less then 3mm. Since a3-2500 is used for engraving but not typically for cutting.
