Q: compatible with lithium or lifepo4 battery?

Asked by Ferdinand on 2021-12-26 09:40:51

rs4 theoretically you can load lithium batteries but I do not recommend you to do it with this device because there is no setup where you can set the type of battery. You need additional load control corresponding to the load characteristic of your lithium batteries.

Asked by Bhushan Vanjiwale on 2021-10-10 11:37:04

rs4 you can make your choice when you click on one of the items and can see there is a different price. So each camera module is a separated offer. The quality of the camera modules depends on there specifications and is well documented in the the product page.

Q: Can this be used with Raspberry 3?

Asked by tselios on 2021-09-17 07:54:11

rs4 yes of course ... and it is nearly the same way as with an arduino or other devices. Please make sure you add the 10 KΩ pull-up resistor between the 3.3 V and data line. The Adafruit Python DHT Sensor library makes interfacing the DHT22 easy.

rs4 Basically check all connections VCC, GND, Video and (Audio if cam has Audio). The camera have to be an analog one. You can change frequencies. Transmitter and Receiver needs 12V. Cams are variable from about 5 to 40V. Check also antenna connection.

Q: Why is it black and white even in broad daylight?

Asked by cf1990 on 2021-03-12 09:46:14

rs4 This camera is a very low cost product. Mine takes no pictures in the darkness. There are a lot of different issues with this camera. May be there are different components in some lots of production. It is not worth to make any further effort to solve something.. if you get some one that everything works you are the lucky one ....

rs4 This is a wifi ip camera and you dont need a usb cable to connect it with your pc to get the live stream. The usb is only for power supply and programing. On your PC e.g. you need a wifi-stick and the ip-adress of the camera. On your PC search for the wifi signal of the cam and connect. (in the same way as on the android or ios phone) Tip the ip-adress in the browser and you will see the the live stream of the camera.
