ZIAS I dont think so. Cos of the size. This wheel 12mm. I believe yours is 7mm? The best is u may check from youtube..

ZIAS There is no adaptors only wheels. And yes its compatible for 1602

ZIAS Is your 2s Lipo from Brushed motor? If yes, defo cant fit in. As for this car the battery is shorter.
