Q: my watch turns off and when I hold the button for a long time, it comes on with SOS and OFF, I press cancil and the watch goes back to normal operation, how do I get this to stop happening?

Gyro44 It's operating properly. If you hold button too long that'd the sos feature. Look in app on cellphone. Turn on " raise to wake". The watch will turn on automatically when you raise. Ni need to touch button.

this is the third one of these watches that I have bought. First I gave to my brother as he has gout and he gets a warning in the blood chemistry. Second I bought for my wife, and it has saved her life twice in three weeks, as we no longer have a doctor, ours retired. Now I bought the last one for me as an upgrade to my previous watches that did not do the blood chemistry or make phone calls. I know you are only suppose to use these watches for reference, but because they store all the data, when we went to the clinic it was very helpful to the doctor to review how my wifes health is progressing. He was so impressed that he said he was going to buy one as well. A big thank you to how ever invented this product, it realy has been a life saver.

I buy 1 to 2 of these a year and wear them to work even without the heating it is a good vest. It is even much nicer to have the heating when the weather gets chilly. Good products.

the watch arrived Saturday night, just as my wife was getting sick, I put it on her and started taking uncalibrated readings as a base line, I was monitoring her all night Sunday and noticed a marked increase in temperature, heat beats, and blood pressure as she became much worse the information prompted me to call 911 and had her taken to the hospital for emergency care, at 6am Monday, she is recovering at this time Thursday and I thank the information from the watch that help to save her life. Thank you

I did a full sun test of the panel at noon June 7, the maximum rating resulted at a low wattage of 85 watts no where near the advertized 200 watts. Very disapointing.

Took some time for me to figure out getting the program, but then it was really nice with big letters and numbers. I think the BP is a little high, but I will check it against a standard unit for varification. At least the app with this unit was not loaded with with a unwanted side streaming gambling app like some other units. I would recommend this for others.
