BG351115391 yes, as you can see from the description these are the Pale Blue switches from Kailh. They are much deeper in tone and more satisfying than Cherry Blues;

BG351115391 yes they go through the light and also around and the backlighting is great. and with the see-through plastic around the edges it is nothing but a constant light show.

BG351115391 yep....fits pretty much all switches. any Cherry MX profile, switches any kailh profile switches, any 3 or 5 pronged switches
