Dozo! I am sure you have your answer already. I just reply to future buyers. These LED's are great value for money. But do not buy power-supply that only outputs 12V. Read the header on top of the product page. You may require up to 14V to get the actual 20Watt out. And since this is an LED , the current (and hence the power) goes up quickly as the supply voltage goes up just half a volt. at 12V mine do not give more than 5 W. (and no cooling required) at 14V they give 17 W, and cooling is definitely required.

Dozo! Update. To get nearly 20Watt out though, you must get closer to 14V. I was doubting the output because the LED stayed very cool at 12V. I measured : 12V , 400mA --> below 5W no wonder it stays coo 14V, 1250mA --> a decent 17W I have since also added a constant current LED-driver (mostly to protect the LED) and run the LED at: 1100 mA ; (13.7V) --> little over 15W. This drives the LED with enough brightness for my plants, AND enough below the max rating of the LED to hopefully get long life.

Dozo! Did you figure it out just by trying? One side of the connector has a single hole, the other connector has two holes. Do you know which side is positive?

Dozo! LED's are NOT voltage devices. You do NOT connect it to a (constant) voltage source, you connect it to a (constant) current source. (also known as LED-driver) The Voltage rating of the LED is ONLY stated because LED-drivers have a maximum output voltage. You need to select a driver that has the required output current (that it regulates) and a MAX output voltage that is LARGER than what the LED will use (at the regulated current.)

Dozo! I ordered mine at the end of 2017 and I am definitely using it directly on 120V AC. On the other hand i have seen manuals for a device with the same name (XMT7100) that can be used at 18~265 AC or DC. That manual corresponds 90% with the device i am using. I have not found a manual that conforms 100% with my device.
