When you're not caring about a few extra grams, these are the ESC's for you. They work flawlessly with 3S and 4S (though I can't speak of their BEC, I don't use it, I use a separate one). Below I have uploaded its manual that I have dug out of the net.

It's ok for my kids to start with drones. It is light and no unrecoverable damage so far (the worst was a bent motor axle, which I then bent it straight). Buy some extra batteries, they don't last long. I only wish it had altitude hold - but for this price it is a bargain.

I use them along with cheap ESC's who don't have switching BEC. Cheap, it does the job flawlessly. Have many of them, will buy more.

All the functionality of expensive transmitters on a low price, plus excellent range. Everyone on the club uses them, and now me too. PS. If someone doesn't want sounds or wants to change them, edit or delete them on the SD card (or rename/delete the folder completely). I am renaming the folder when I plug it for simulator, then rename it for outdoor use.

I use it for strobe lights on my Twinstar II. My only complain is that it doesn't remember the settings when powered off (or switched off), so I had to put it in an accessible position. Other than that, it works flawlessly.

This is the irreplaceable lipo protection alarm, every RC should use one of those. A few details for the specific buzzer I got: 1. It remembers the limit voltage after disconnecting battery, you don't have to set it each time you change battery +1 2. It uses xx.x format for displaying voltage even for voltages below 10V (e.g. it displays 08.3) so it is not exactly as shown in the pictures 3. If voltage on a cell drops below limit, it starts beeping; but if you cut throttle and that voltage recovers, it does not stop beeping; it just goes on buzzing. Perhaps that suits your RC's. but it makes it useless for my planes...

Q: Does this model stop beeping when the voltage goes over the limit set or stay enabled? I ask because I have both models and I look for the one who stops beeping when voltage goes over limit.

ilias The one I got, starts beeping when battery drops below set limit, but it doesn't stop when you cut throttle and battery voltage raises over the limit. It just goes on beeping.
