needs a solid cutting surface that will not damage the edge .. hammering it on a cutting mat dampens the overall blow and will not cut thru .. needs a cutting board to work best

product works at half the price of a US branded item.. I noticed that the gap between the upper and Lower wood is fairly large. for thin leathers, there is a possibility of leather shifting while being pulled ..resulting in strips wider by couple of mm. a work around is to cut a short strip of similar width First , and use it to pad the gap

5 stars for everything expected of the stitching pony however would like to point out that item packaging leaves much to be desired . no protection wrap or box.. so there were some slivers of wood being chipped out and imprints of something stacked .. Aside to that it serves it purpose of being a stitching pony ..

item arrived faster than expected! tracking status couldn’t keep up with the actual delivery. but moving on to the item.. I use the lathe mainly for shaping balsa fishing floats. it does the job exceptionally well and makes quick work of shaping it. shipping wise it could do with a little more protection as the acrylic covering the motor was actually cracked off though it could be repaired with a little Super glue since the bits were fairly big and stuck to the tape.

Build quality is good. Some issues with synchronisation from time to time. It would be great if blood pressure function would be added. HW is there only SW support would be needed.

Q: This must be very smart if it can measure blood pressure without a cuff. Exactly how idoes it do it or is this just hype?

canonite look up online regarding wrist blood pressure measurements. it does measure BP, but reading may differ from cuff readings as the BP at the wrist might be actually lower.

I bought this as I have high blood pressure and wanted to monitor my BP thru the day.. while i do not use QQ or wechat the call and sms reminder works well!! as my phone is normally on silent mode and in my bag sometimes the watch will be able to notify me when I am unable to feel it.. added benefit.. it shows Facebook notifications too even though I do not see any setting for it ( possibly under More App Reminders)
