Roberto Serrano López You have to contact support by email and they will send you a file to put in root directory of SD card to enable streaming through RTSP protocol

mikeritchie I don't believe the v380 app has the ability to track using the pan and tilt controls, it does have 3 levels of detections to eliminate false positives, low, mid, high, maybe changing this setting can improve your detection triggers , failing this there is a further option whereby you can select specific positions in view to initiate a trigger , all these settings are in the v380 app
