ChrisDavidge Hi there, have you checked or changed the battery in the faulty sensor? have you also had the sensor close to the base station while trying to connect?

ChrisDavidge I left mine for a while (20min) with the sensors close to the unit and they all connected in the end

ChrisDavidge Why do you need to reset? If you power both units on and off that should reset the connection and each device

Chris I am not sure yet, I am waiting for my unit to arrive. It looks like it takes a standard IEC (kettle plug) input into the power supply so those are easy to get anywhere.
