Q: What is the software to be use ?

Jimmo The quick start guide states it uses a mobile phone with a 'SmartLife' APP installed. Search Apple store or Google play for 'SmartLife'.

Nice platform but it has a few issues. The motors don't attach tightly, they have a bit of movement because of how they attach to the body. Also the encoders don't fit properly, the inner hole is too big so they slide around on the shaft. Need to find a way to attach properly. Also, mine unfortunately arrived with a crack across one of the main body plates, which i find flex so they are maybe a bit thin. I'm still waiting for support to get back to me, but it is Christmas!

Great little board. Plugged in and it was detected straight away and gave me a COM port. I already had drivers installed in windows.

I had designed a UI before receiving this, and it is so simple. Plugged into the FT232RL and it detected and uploaded right away. I configured the COM port in windows device manager to 115200 and the Nextion editor picked it up ad loaded with no issues. Debugging on device works nicely too. Very impressed!
