A very nice clone of the much more expensive anodized aluminum hook rules from that other company. Even the hook stop is interchangeable. Only problem with the one I received is that the scale is off by about 0.25mm on the 0 end (didn't check the other end) making it kind of useless when measuring from the edge of a board using the hook. Really like the black/red scheme and wish they came in more sizes and both metric & imperial units.

These clamps are great, look and feel is nearly the same as the Be*** clamps or the Fes*** versions. I find myself wanting to buy them every time I see them discounted, but I've already got about a dozen of this style and probably don't really need more.

Very disappointed in these. I received 2 shiny steel (stainless?) dogs, one is about .02mm oversize and completely non magnetic, the other is .12mm oversize and doesn't come close to fitting in a 20mm hole. One is very slightly magnetic but not enough to stick to a very strong magnet. I'm now the owner of a couple of bench dog shaped paper weights.

BG151616451 Ihad the same issue and wound up breaking one of the inserts when I tried to put it back in. I didn't have the proper thread insert installer so this turned into an opportunity to buy more tools. Also, one of the brass screws for the clamping bar was about 2mm longer than the other and protruded far enough to interfere with insertion in the rail even after fixing the thread insert issue. Had to grind it down, but now the rail square should work great. QC and assembly issues can really mess up what should be a great tool. Customer support wasn't really any help either.

Fit and finish are okay and squareness is good, but beware of the threaded inserts (actually Heli-Coils) that the brass clamping screws tighten into. I'm not sure why these are necessary, but one of mine was proud of the hole and interfered with sliding it into my Festool rail. The "proud" helicoil would not screw back into the aluminum thread so I unscrewed it and ran it back in from the "bottom". It worked out okay, but it was a very delicate operation and without the helicoil, the square is useless...

These are great for machine setups. Every size was spot on according to my fractional digital calipers. Gonna have to pick up a metric set as well.
