Used it for the RC conversion of the 48cm glider (ID: 1310581). Used this ESC: VGOOD 6A 2S 32-Bit Brushless ESC With 1.5A SBEC (ID: 1422424) and these props: Gemfan 6030 6x3 Direct Drive Propeller (ID: 982379). It is working well on a 2S 300mAh Lipo. The plane weights 100g (all together with servos and Lipo). It could have a bit more power. But it is enough to fly. I like the motor mount, which made it easy to mount the motor into the plane. I heated the mount and "melted" it into the EPP foam. Then I used some servo screws and UHU Por to glue the mount. It is very stable but still flexible. Unfortunately the cable of the motor is not really good. It ripped out, so I had to order a new one :-(

It generates good thrust with low current. But the prop was totally out of balance and generated heavy vibrations. You really have to balance it. I planned to use it on my 35cm glider, but it is too big and heavy. The racerstar 8520 motor with the KingKong 65mm prop is the better choice - even if the current is much higher for a lower thrust.

I converted it to a RC pitcheron glider. You need some speed, but then it flys really great. I used these components: 2x 1.7g low-voltage servos (ID: 1289398), CM410X receiver (ID: 1127110), 5A brushed ESC (ID: 1558737), Racerstar 8520 brushed motor (ID: 1114279), KingKong 65mm props (ID: 1092166). It flys with a 1S lipo (250mAh) easily 10 minutes. It can even carry a small FPV camera.

Nice, durable glider. I used it for RC conversion. Because of the transport, the tail was bended. I needed to fix it with some hot air. I used these components: CM421 2.4G 4CH Full-Range DSM2, VGOOD 6A 2S 32-Bit Brushless ESC With 1.5A SBEC, 3 x 3.7g Micro Analog Servo GH-S37A, Racerstar BR1811-2000KV 2S Mini Brushless Motor, Gemfan 6030 6x3 Direct Drive Propeller, Rudder Horns (ID1418141), Push Rods (ID1312866). With 2S 300mAh Lipo the total weight is about 100g. It flys ok, but it is definetly not over-powered. It could be a bit lighter. I would try 1.7g servos next time. I first tried to use it in "glider-only" configuration (without motor), but this did not really work out. I think the wings should be bigger / the glider must be lighter for a glider without motor.

I love this car, it drives planted, fast servo But the shocks were overfilled and grease in diffs wasn't on gears. It goes around 40km/h on stock battery And there is next to the wltoys 12428

I used it for the RC conversion of the 35cm glider into a pitcheron. I operate the servos with the CM410X receiver (ID: 1127110) on a 1S lipo. Works perfect.

MastaH The wires are already connected to the motor. But you will have to solder the wire to the ESC.

Very nice litte tool. I use it mostly for my RC hobby to measure current when I want to test motors. For this application the accuracy is OK.

Used it for the RC conversion of the 48cm glider (ID: 1310581). Used these push rods: ID: 1312866. Worked well. But you have to take care while assembling the horns. The "clamp/clip" is very tight. I broke one of the horns.

Works well. Only problem: When I connect the battery, the motor spins up for about one second. I accept it, because it is only used for a small plane. But still: Not very good. I use it with a Racerstar 8520 motor and KingKong 65mm propeller. It works very good on my 35cm pitcheron glider. It fits easily into the plane.

Q: Is it possible to use with 2s battery?

MastaH Better not. It is a special low voltage servo. With 2s you normally need a BEC anyway to get 5V. So you can use a regular micro servo.
