Bear The 'rated' input power of the CT312 is 3500Watts, so that works out to 15.9Amps. If you have a 16Amp outlet, the fuse or circuit breaker will trip off after brief use. Realistically and for safety this unit requires a 20amp outlet to run SAFELY without problems.
