helipilot Update: I have been waiting for more than a week for Bangood to "contact the manufacturer for a solution" after they told me that "the angle you moved it seem like is out of the tilt maximum support" after I sent them pictures and then also a video showing that clearly that WASN'T the case (specifications say 320 degree rotation, mine gets stuck at 180). Still waiting... not happy with Banggood support at all.

This seems like a great product. I'm in Europe, ordered it from Banggood, paying for EXPRESS shipping and they took 10 days to "process my order" and only shipped it 10 days later, so I paid the extra shipping charge for nothing. And to add insult to injury, I received a faulty unit (after paying EUR 45 in customs charges). Although it specifically states it is compatible with phones up to 80mm wide, my 79mm wide iPhone can't rotate in it all the way as the phone holder touches one of the rotators. One of the arms is not parallel with the other parts, it seems like it's either deformed or assembled incorrectly. So after a large delay, I know have a unit I have to return and wait even more :( So I gave it a one star Quality rating (faulty) and 2 stars for Value for price, due to the fact that after the customs charges (DHL added EUR 20 for customs processing) I ended up paying more than if I bought it in Europe locally. That's a bad deal, especially that now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it to CHINA!
