I measeure the heat side go up to 120°C in 30seconds. The cold side go to 45°C. So it did not cool anything. In the description say - 30°C

apiset You must add a headsink to the hot side so it can dissipate heat fast enough to make the cold side cool.

j.f.34 Also, you may have misread -30°C. This is the minimum allowed temp for the device to work, not what it produces!
