Eyes are as expected. The backing is flexible so it's easy to attach. The container is super useful in keeping the eyes sorted. Unfortunately for me, the container came damaged (pictured) and my package was missing one 10mm eye (but had extra backings)

Very nice assortment, washers are Brien not white, but they are very flexible and it's not a problem inserting them into the eyes.
