I'm becoming a bigger fan of resistance type workouts as my years go on. We don't have a ton of room for equipment and frankly, the return on investment is huge with these types of things. Find a decent program and you're golden - a lot can be done. Let's move ahead....I purchased these after scanning reviews for many different types. It's hard to go wrong but it's harder to go really, really right. The bands arrived in a nice box with good description and basic info about the set. The price for this set, by the way, is close to what 2 bands cost in other places. I love having the set because you can do squats with one resistance level and use the higher resistance level for pullup assist. The lighter one may be used for a tricep exercise or something where the muscles aren't quite as strong. The quality of these bands seems to be quite good. Time, of course, will determine how well they hold up but they seem to not show any signs of snapping which, to me, would be disastrous (and could introduce pain). I like the material and they way they are holding up so far. The exercises are great. I'd buy again.
