I was honestly very hesitant to order from this website because I know that a lot of sites like this are scams however I decided to put my trust into it and I actually received the item what I ordered. Therefore, I actually trust this site and i'm not hesitant when I want to order something. The Ukulele was very nice and it was not damaged at all. It also came with everything that it was supposed to. (The tuner does not come with batteries but neither do most store bought toys.) It was actually delivered a day earlier than it was supposed to be, which was a plus, and I had bought it as a birthday present for my friend's little girl and she absolutely loves it. So overall it gets a thumbs up from me.
