Non ha la funzionalità di un ventilatore normale ma le dimensioni sono più contenute, con caldo mooolto secco e temperature moolto alte il rinfresco umido serve e se ne percepisce il beneficio in quanto non solo eroga aria fresca ma anche umida, in ambienti umidi invece l'effetto liquido fresco viene meno e si nota molto poco la differenza da un ventilatore normale.
