Excellent value. Easy to unpack. Easy to re-pack. Lightweight. I haven't flown a kite in 15 years but this went up really easily. To launch it by myself I lie it on it's back, lines on top, and use a couple of 1kg weights on the windward edge. When I pull the lines taught it lifts the kite's leading edge up into the wind and the weights roll off the rear edge. It rarely collapses and flies nicely in light winds, and is easy to control. In 30kph winds it really pulls hard requiring me to lean back into the wind and it flies horizontally at speed and does nice figure eights. Padded straps would be nice, but at this price-point the 30mm-wide webbing straps are fine. One of the lines broke, twice, at the handle loops but to be fair it was pretty gusty and I was working it hard for about 45 minutes. I will get some strong replacement sport kite lines and keep the kite in the car so I have it ready at the next opportunity to fly.
