Haven't had a chance to use these Mosfet(s) in circuit yet, but this is what I can tell you based on running all 5 pieces through my tester. - They are off brand ( International Rectifier ), but better than being generic or cheap Chinese knock-offs. - Leads are a little thin, but will hold up as long as you don't bend them too much. - They are a Low ON resistance, Fast Switching, N-Channel HEXFET Power Mosfet. - Average Drain-to-Source Breakdown of 55 Volts. - Average Static-to-Source ON Resistance of 17.5 Mega Ohms. - Average Continuous Drain Current ( @ 10 VDC ) = 49 Amps. - Average Capacitance of 1.33 nf - Average Gate Threshold Voltage of 2.52 Volts Overall, a great buy to have some in your component box.
