Well packaged, received in good condition and excellent delivery time (10 calendar days from order). Without any modifications I've measured the output voltage as 5V, but there seem to be solder pads on the back to select 3.3V, 5v, 9V an 12V. I'll experiment with these in due course. I believe the main chip used is the LM2596 switcher. (It's a guess, but hopefully an informed guess). If I'm right, then TI have an excellent datasheet, with interesting application circuits. This is a very neat buck converter and I'm looking forward to using it.
