I haven't tested it yet, but we're on the power and everything's okay! It came with all the items in the ad description. My only problem was that when I bought the site did not have the product in stock but after shipping it arrived super fast here in Brazil.

My order was 2 in 1 tufting gun, but there is no extra part for loop pile option. So it is only cut pile. And also, without user manual. Please advice how to go on.. I don't want to send it back. I waited for it 3 weeks.
