the propellers were too fragile, too thin. The controller caught fire in 20 seconds while trying the throttle. The motor works with proper power. the servos works but c all

First off, for this price you cannot go wrong! Motor: Fun little thing, but the way it's attached to the prop is going to be an issue. I ran the motor on a 3s and the prop decided to leave. ESC: Packs a punch but no manual to be found anywhere. It just beeps and beeps. (Hint. THR off, THR FULL until 3 beeps, Off until 1 beep, then punch it. and run) again pricewise not bad.

Nice propellers, standard servos. But the ESC in the full kit comes with a t-plug instead of the xt60 connector, which will only require an extra adapter to connect to most batteries, a bit of a downside when the xt60 is so supported across batteries and chargers. The method that the propeller is mounted to the motor shaft is also unreliable, similar to the head of a drill bit, you need to wrench the spinner on to compress the propeller onto the shaft to hold it in place. I doubt the propeller will stay on if you gun the motor to 100%, it would simply spin away. This required a paper clip to be "threaded" around the outrunner spoke and up to the spinner hole, an unnecessary ghetto mod compared to a threaded shaft offered by other motors (for drones as an example). But this is still a good value kit for a beginner like myself to get into fixed-wing RC planes.
