I have this unit currently running a custom built 21.5mm EDF with a Horizon BLH3327 8mm brushless tail motor at around 3A max. The throttle response is a bit stiff and LVC is hard, but it works. Also tested a 5320 1.7gm servo in the aileron channel, working fine. I soldered the motor wires directly. The unit came with both 1.25mm and 1.5mm connectors which could be soldered to the unit for the motor connection, as well as a short 3 wire motor harness with a 1.5mm connector attached, which was a nice plus. The unit has 2 pad sets for the motor connection, with 1.25mm and 1.5mm spacing, allowing for usage of either of the provided motor connectors.
