This is now the third unit I have purchased. It does exactly what you want. Rechargeable bike light, Alarm and replacement bell. The light is very bright, the alarm really does surprise and more than acts as a deterent. The bell is loader than any traditional bell type but not to load to be annoying. The unit has fitted onto 2 of my bikes very easily. But I had to turn the mount upside down on the other to get it to clear the sides of the seat. There is also a option to seat post mount if needed but I didnt feel this would be as strong. If you look at the price of a rechargable light of any quality your not far from the price of this unit. So its well worth the money.
