Read this before buying it, About the build quality, I was just positively impressed. The packaging is simple and practical, for sure protecting everything during shipping, but still, recommend paying for the shipping insurance. During usage, worked perfectly for 3 weeks, until from thin air the white shadows in the photos appeared during a meeting while I was using it for working. Support from Banggood (I don't know who I was talking to), I was asked to send photos, a video, and a description of what happened to the item, and after verification, they suggested a replacement and offered me 60 USD for returning shipment costs (to China), where I need to pay 260 euros (will not happen, I will not pay double the price of the item just to ship it). The problem! This item was shipped from Spain (I'm from Portugal), this item was sold in the EU, even if the invoice is from China. Why shouldn't return it to Spain instead of China? So, that is not an option. Adding also a catching request, and quoting "Please do not use the Expedited Shipping service (including EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS).", so how should I return it when I'm being prevented to use 60% or 70% of the companies I have access? While Bangood does not think like an Amazon, Amazon Return Policy will always win. A website like Banggood, needs to be a middle ground between Seller and Buyer, not a One side Business where the seller always wins.
