It's a CH32f103, not STM. The flash is not compatible, 64k instead of 128k. Keil drops a flash timeout error. Download and select the CH32F1xx_64.FLM file. The Led is connected to B12.

MicaMaker wheredo i find the drivers for this, everytime i connect it to my computer it just says usb device not recognised
