As with the other GT 239 frame, this one is also pretty indestructible. I definitely recommend this for a beginner to fly due to its forgiveness. HOWEVER, the stock PID settings need to be tuned better (turn down D gain a couple points). I already smoked a motor and the others were too hot to touch. I was under the impression it was ready to go. Barring this set back, it’s a good little learning machine

trailmedic after a year of testing I am retracting my good review. after burning out motors, hours of tuning, I cannot get this thing to fly longer than 20 seconds before the motors are burning hot to touch. it appears the super flexible frame is the culprit, as the electronics package has a good track record. I have since purchased another frame and will be moving the electronics over. sad to say but literally the only positive attribute of this frame is its remarkable durability.
