本日商品が到着しましたしかしバッテリーのケースが破損していましたとても残念です専用プラスチックケースがない為に簡易的なダンボールで配送されました当方は悪くないと思いますバッテリーケースが割れています交換してもらいたいですがどうしたら良いでしょうか？とても悲しいです！
