My wife has many plants that must over winter in the house. The plants struggle as there is not enough natural light in the house. She has tried several lamps with moderate success. This lamp is much brighter than any she has used and has a unusually high red content. It runs very cool, you can put your hand on it while it is on and not get burned. We will see this winter just how good it works.
